Pilewell is a sample website, not a trading cleaning business. The phone number is a UK drama number and the email uses the reserved .example domain. Contact actions display a local explanation rather than calling or emailing anyone.
The enquiry form.
With JavaScript enabled, your choices and typed details exist only in the current page. The final action displays a local completion message, sends no enquiry and clears the form. Nothing is written to browser storage.
Without JavaScript, the ordinary form checks required fields and returns to an explanation on this page. Personal fields have no submission names, so your name, postcode, contact detail and optional note are not added to the address. The non-personal service choice may appear in the URL.
Please use sample details while exploring. Closing or refreshing the page removes the form state.
Hosting and ordinary requests.
Your browser requests the page, self-hosted fonts, images and scripts from the website’s hosting service. The host may process ordinary connection data such as an IP address, request path and browser information to deliver the site and maintain its service.
This demo includes no analytics script, advertising tracker, third-party form processor or application cookie. There is no customer database or message inbox behind the form.

Under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR), a business collecting enquiries through its website would need to give its own identity and contact details, why it uses the details, how long it keeps them, who processes them and what rights visitors have. Those operational details are outside this fictional demonstration.
